1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non‑returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)

  • Customized or special‑order items

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@virtualtrendshoppe.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization (if approved).

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If we made an error, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Virtual Trend Shoppe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.
